sponsorship application. This includes Landers McLarty DCJR, Landers McLarty Subaru, and Subaru of
Gallatin.

Moving forward, interested parties must submit an application for sponsorship via online form. Please
visit any of the respective dealership websites to file this application:

Effective September 1, 2024, I (Frank Williams) will no longer be personally accepting or reviewing
sponsorship applications. This includes meetings or appointments to discuss available sponsorship
opportunities. Only sponsorship requests that occur a minimum of 90 days from submission date will be
accepted. We currently do not accept sponsorship for the following:

Once the application form is submitted via our website, our internal team will review each application.
If this team deems the sponsorship aligns with the mission and vision of the Frank Williams’ Family of
Dealerships, the application will then be submitted to the Frank Williams Automotive Legal Committee
for consideration.
The Frank Williams Automotive Legal Committee is solely responsible for approving sponsorship
requests. (note: The committee will only respond when a submission has been approved for
sponsorship. No denial notices will be sent out.)

Again, moving forward, the only way to apply for sponsorship from the Frank Williams Family of
Dealerships will be via online form. No other methods of submission will be accepted or given
consideration, effective 9/1/24.
